D. Signature of this completed form indicates that you have uninstalled this product from your computer.
E. Please note that we are unable to refund to Internet-based bank accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
F. Symantec do not provide refunds for second-hand purchases of Symantec products made on any Web site, any purchases made on auction sites, or for purchases which are unauthorised or illegally obtained and/or distributed.
