I needed to speak to a Norton adviser because I was having trouble installing my Norton security. I kept getting an error 400 message which didn't mean a thing to me. I phoned Norton and spoke to an absolutely brilliant and patient (very helpful and patient) call handler who guided me through the steps. I didn't get his name but I thank him very much
